Is Bizora ERP really offline?

Yes. Bizora ERP runs entirely on your computer with a local database. There is no mandatory cloud connection — your accounting, inventory and payroll data never leave your machine unless you choose to back it up.

Which platforms does Bizora ERP support?

Bizora ERP ships as a native desktop application for Windows 10/11 (x64) and macOS 12 Monterey or later, running natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Do I pay a subscription?

No. Bizora ERP is sold as a single perpetual licence per edition. Every edition includes a 14-day evaluation with no credit card required.

Short version: Bizora ERP is a desktop application. Your business data lives entirely on your own computer. We never see, store, or transmit your invoices, accounts, employees, or transactions. The only data we collect is what's needed to validate your licence.

1. Who We Are

Bizora Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. ("Bizora", "we", "us") is a Pakistani software company that develops and sells Bizora ERP — a desktop enterprise resource planning application for businesses in Pakistan.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the licence system:

Licence key — to verify your purchase
Device fingerprint (hashed) — a one-way hash of your CPU, hostname, and platform. Used to bind licences to devices. Never identifies you personally.
Device name — your computer's hostname (e.g. Johns-MacBook).
App version — to ensure compatibility.
Activation timestamp — when activation occurred.
Email address — collected at purchase time (via Paddle). Used only for licence delivery and important product notifications.

We do not collect your invoices, clients, employees, financial data, documents, or any business records. These never leave your device.

3. Your Business Data

All business data you enter into Bizora ERP is stored in a local SQLite database on your computer:

This data is yours. We have no access to it. It is never transmitted anywhere.

4. Licence Server Communication

The app contacts our licence server (api.bizoraerp.com) only for activation, periodic licence verification (every 24 hours, when online), and deactivation. If the app cannot reach the server, a 30-day offline grace period applies.

5. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Paddle.com. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Paddle's privacy policy governs payment data.

6. Cookies & Website

Our website uses minimal, functional cookies only — no advertising trackers.

7. Data Retention

Licence records are retained for the duration of your active licence plus 3 years. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@bizoraerp.com. Deletion will deactivate your licence.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. We may share data with Paddle (payment processing) and Supabase (licence database, GDPR-compliant, EU servers), or if required by law.

9. Security

Licence cache files are AES-256-CBC encrypted on disk, tied to your specific device fingerprint. Device fingerprints are one-way SHA-256 hashes and cannot be reversed to identify you.

10. Your Rights

You may request a copy of data we hold, request correction, request deletion, or object to processing. Contact privacy@bizoraerp.com with the subject line "Data Request".

11. Changes

We will notify registered customers by email of any material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
