Is Bizora ERP really offline?

Yes. Bizora ERP runs entirely on your computer with a local database. There is no mandatory cloud connection — your accounting, inventory and payroll data never leave your machine unless you choose to back it up.

Which platforms does Bizora ERP support?

Bizora ERP ships as a native desktop application for Windows 10/11 (x64) and macOS 12 Monterey or later, running natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Do I pay a subscription?

No. Bizora ERP is sold as a single perpetual licence per edition. Every edition includes a 14-day evaluation with no credit card required.

Plain English summary: You buy a licence to use Bizora ERP on your device(s). You own your data. We don't host it. Don't reverse-engineer the software or share your licence key. We provide support but are not liable for business decisions made using the software.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Bizora ERP ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, Bizora Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the Software according to your edition:

The licence is perpetual. After purchase, you may use the Software indefinitely on the licenced devices. Active licence holders receive all updates released during their support period.

3. Licence Restrictions

You may not:

Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your licence key without prior written consent
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Software
Modify, create derivative works of, or translate the Software
Use the Software to provide a hosted or managed service to third parties
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding
Use the Software in any way that violates applicable Pakistani or international law

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software remains the exclusive property of Bizora Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. "Bizora ERP", "Bizora Technologies", and the Bizora logo are trademarks of Bizora Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.

Your data (invoices, accounts, employee records, etc.) belongs entirely to you. Bizora makes no claim on your business data.

5. Free Trial

A 14-day free trial is available for all editions. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, the Software will prompt for a licence key. Trial data is preserved when you activate a paid licence.

6. Payment

Licences are priced in USD. Pakistani customers may pay via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash at the prevailing exchange rate. Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com).

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first activation. To request a refund, email support@bizoraerp.com with your licence key and reason. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.

9. Enterprise Customisation

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BIZORA TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF THE SOFTWARE FOR FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR ACCOUNTING DECISIONS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR ACCOUNTS REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bizora Technologies' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Bizora be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
