Plain English summary: Every Bizora ERP licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day you first activate it. Email us within those 14 days and we refund you in full.

1. The guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first activation of your licence. It applies to every edition — Starter, Professional and Enterprise — and to both the 1-year and the 3-year licence terms.

2. When the 14 days start

The refund period begins on the date you first activate the licence in Bizora ERP, not on the purchase date. After 14 days from first activation, no refunds are issued.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@bizoraerp.com within the 14-day period with:

  • your licence key, and
  • the reason for the refund.

4. Processing

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of your request. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), and the refund is returned through the payment method you used to buy the licence.

5. Related terms

This page restates section 7 of our Terms of Service, which remain the complete contractual terms for your licence. The 15-day free trial requires no payment and therefore no refund.
